Refund & return policy

Kart Products & Merchandise:

At KartSpeed, we strive for customer satisfaction. In the event an item purchased is less than satisfactory, a return for store credit or exchange can be initiated within 30 days of original purchase. Return authorization will be granted for products returned and verified in new, unused, and undamaged condition including original packaging. The cost of shipping to return or exchange a product is the responsibility of the customer.

Kart Support Services:

Select kart support services offered by KartSpeed require a down payment including but not limited to: Trackside Support and Test Sessions. Down payments for onsite kart support services may be advanced to a future event only if an unexpected track closure occurs. Cancellation of events scheduled outside a 120-mile radius less than 30 days of the event may result in all or a portion of the down payment to be non-refundable.
