Shipping policy

Thank you for trusting KartSpeed with your karting needs. In the current environment, shipping is a very challenging part of our business to fully control. We will make every effort to ship items as quickly and economically as possible.

• Orders will be processed on the following business day, Monday-Friday, from 9-5pm EST. Please allow up to 48 hours to fully process your payment for order prior to shipment.

• Back-ordered items will ship as soon as the item is available. We make every effort to have our online store updated to reflect current inventory. In the event an item purchased is not in stock or requires additional time to receive from the supplier, we will inform you of this in a timely manner and provide options to cancel or update your order accordingly.

• Payments are securely accepted through PayPal. Note - a PayPal account is not required, guest check-out using all major credit cards is an option.

• Nearly all of our shipments are sent using USPS flat rate packaging with 1-3 day delivery time.
